MIAMI – Police are investigating after a man was shot and injured in Miami on Tuesday morning, authorities said.
Officer Kiara Delva, a spokeswoman for the Miami Police Department, said the shooting occurred around 10:00 a.m. near the 200 block of 77th Street.
According to Delva, officers located a male who appeared to have been suffering from an apparent gunshot wound(s).
Authorities said that fire rescue responded to the incident.
Local 10 News cameras spotted Miami Police investigating the scene of the crime after the incident took place.
Animal services were also seen out front removing several animals from the home.
Police have not yet given information on the suspect or the condition of the victim.
