Photo: Giant Wall Of Glass At Topped-Off Aston Martin Residences, Miami's Tallest-Ever Condo – The Next Miami

A giant glass façade can be seen at downtown Miami’s under-construction Aston Martin Residences, a new photo shows.
Aston Martin Residences is the tallest condo tower ever built in the state of Florida, at 816 feet above ground.
The 66-story tower will have 391 condo units, which are mostly sold out.
Completion is scheduled later this year. The structure topped off in late 2021.

The view from Brickell Key is AMAZING
Great. Now reopen the river walk…. It should have never closed.
If I had it like that I’d buy here…
I’m sure the opening party will be grand and every rapper wants to do a video in there.
You’re “sure?”
Tell me.. do you also have a booth in a carnival somewhere and do palm reading?
^snark fail
Why are you so pressed over this comment?
Why are you so butt hurt about my reply?
Amazing. The simple water feature at the entrance is perfect.
Stunning!
Is that the SliveSpot Cinema I see in the background where about five to seven years ago they made the owners reserve a spot for some hole in ground in that building to preserve and read about some BS “historic artifacts” concerning Miami? And now to this day we don’t hear squat about it or its relevance.
Now go ahead, give me all the thumb down votes you want.
its still there. its just a giant pit in the ground on the corner of a very busy pedestrian intersection. Ive always said, if the city required the building be built around this pit for preservation than the city should at the very least make it somewhat of a destination. proper lighting, signage, and some sort of historic information to read about what it is people are looking at. But no, it is just a pit.
Just like the “Miami Circle Park,” but in reality its just a “big doggie toilet.” These Miami politicians need to stop getting all emotional and thinking with their hearts and start thinking with their brains.
“Ive always said, if the city required the building be built around this pit for preservation than the city should at the very least make it somewhat of a destination. proper lighting, signage, and some sort of historic information to read about what it is people are looking at”
And that’s the problem.. it never had anything to look at in the first place.
Where is the hole?
Pitty the pit!
*pity
I’m intrigued… When I bought a unit there in January 2021, in-house brokerages said the building would be delivered in early 2023. Afterwards, an interview with the developer’s president appeared to have said delivery would be at the end of this year. I contacted the brokers again, and they clarified that the “Term of Occupancy” could be granted until June 1, 2023. Now, The Next Miami reports that the work would actually be completed at the end of this year. It would be unfortunate if the work were completed at the end of this year, but the units were delivered only six months later, as of June 1, 2023.
Looks amazing. Time to wrap this one up!
Panorama is taller…
Panorama is an apartment building, not a condo
Panorama isn’t a condo building. Its an apartment building G.
…and Panorama is an acceptable-looking modern tower, but not a work of art. A.M. is one of only a few really beautiful towers here in Miami.
